We recommend booking with us well in advance to secure your dog's stay, especially during peak seasons. When booking, you will need to provide essential information about your dog’s health, behaviour, and any special care requirements. Here at Puggeroomie® we use Pet Sitter Plus which is very secure and professional software. Pet Sitter Plus streamlines all our bookings, payments, schedules and is a fantastic tool for client communication. Behind the scenes we are organised, efficient and to run Puggeroomie® every single day. We are happy to guide you through the process, answer any questions, and ensure your dog’s experience includes attentive daytime care, engaging playtime, and comfortable bedtime accommodations tailored to their needs.

At Puggeroomie®, payment for dog boarding services can be made conveniently through multiple methods to suit your preferences. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payment platforms for secure transactions. Payment in full is typically required on the day of your arrival. Securing Deposit We do ask for a small non refundable deposit to secure your dates within our diary, this amount is then deducted from your final invoice. A small deposit ensures your dogs stay is reserved. For ongoing repeated clients the booking process is very quick to enable future days to even extended stays. Our bank details can be found on all invoices. We can offer flexible billing options and can discuss payment arrangements during your initial Meet & Greet. If you have any special payment requests or need assistance, we are ready to help you complete your transaction smoothly and securely. After your meet and greet has taken place and you feel happy to book a service, we will then send you an invoice. This invoice will come from a very reputable pet software company we use called Pet Sitter Plus. All bookings are invoiced in advance. All outstanding fees are payable on the day you arrive to Puggeroomie®.
