At Puggeroomie we feel it is important to keep all owners updated on their dogs health and wellbeing whilst under our care.

All dogs that share time at Puggeroomie are cared for around the clock. We pride ourselves on keeping a watchful eye on all dogs under our care rather than our eyes on an electronic device frequently storyboarding and post saturating social media for likes and shares. 

Regarding social media platforms, you will only find Puggeroomie on one social media platform being facebook. We occasionally post onto facebook to advertise our business. We use our facebook business page similar to a shop that has a promotional window display rather than over saturating every moment shared.

Puggeroomie have become more 'old school' regarding social media. We highly consider every aspect of heightened recent dog crime not to mention our own personal security operating from our home address.
​We take into account safety & welfare of all animals under our care.

How do Puggeroomie update their clients?

We are happy to provide up to three wellbeing updates a day for you.
For example, we are happy to provide an update in the morning, midday and early evening. 7pm is our latest update time before we all settling down for the evening. 

Communication Methods

We are happy to privately email, text, arrange a suitable time to talk on the phone or we can create a WhatsApp group for you and your chosen recipients. Please let us know your preferred communication method preference prior to your arrival!
