Booking information:
DEPOSIT
Puggeroomie charge a small deposit 30% of your booking total in order to secure your booking. This is deducted from the total cost and is non refundable. This is to discourage last-minute cancellations, which prevent us from being able to offer our services to other customers who are in need of home boarding for their dog(s).
ARRIVAL TIMES
Arrival times are between 8am - 10am.
DEPARTURE TIMES
Collection times are between 8am - 10am.
*If your arrival and collection time falls between our normal times of 8am and 10am the price is included within our overnight staycation at Puggeroomie priced at £30.

Late Collection Fee |
If pre-arranged collection times are not adhered to a late collection fees will incur. Puggeroomie will allow an hours grace period to account for traffic disruptions etc. After an hour a fee of £10 per dog will be charged. |
Transfer Fee |
Transferring to an alternative contact due to displays of severe separation anxiety, aggression or household damage will incur a £30.00 charge. |
