MEET & GREET
After your initial enquiry we will then invite you and your dog(s) to visit Puggeroomie®. We feel our 'Meet & Greet' service is incredibly valuable to both owners and their dogs. We like to host our 'Meet & Greets' within our family home by appointment only. We do charge for our 'Meet & Greet' service to prevent last minute cancellations. After our 'Meet & Greet' has taken place if you then decide to book any future staycations, we will happily deduct a percentage of your Meet & Greet fee from your first overnight staycation. |
STEP TWO |
BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAPERWORK
Puggeroomie® charge a small deposit of your total booking fee in order to secure your staycation. This deposit is then deducted from the total outstanding cost and is non refundable. Paying a small deposit discourages last-minute cancellations, which prevent us from being able to offer our services to other customers who are in need of home boarding for their dog(s). A small amount also go towards our chosen charity and our overheads. Paying a small deposit guarantees a secured booking at Puggeroomie® We have found in popular months when places are in high demand our new customers pay to secure their dates prior to meeting us. At Puggeroomie® we are so very proud of how hard we have worked over the years to obtain a five star at higher standard licence. Please folks, help us keep this way! We kindly ask that you complete our booking form, signed disclaimer form and provide us with your up to date dogs vaccination proof. Not only do we like to maintain a safe environment among dogs to prevent and control possible infectious diseases, pathogens and parasites. We also like to feel that when we are inspected by our Animal Welfare Officer that they can choose any one of our files and have the information to hand that they may need. Once we have met you and your dog(s), fully completed our paperwork, provided up to date vaccinations your dog(s) will then be ready to enjoy a Puggeroomie® staycation! |
STEP THREE |
STAYCATION
Prior to your staycation we will send you a staycation reminder along with some very helpful information. This will include a handy 'what to pack for your dogs staycation' list. Our arrival times are between 8am and 10am. This enables Puggeroomie® the time we need to plan our day ahead and to exercise all dogs under our care. If you would like to arrive later than 10am this can be arranged but we need to agree this in advance. Arriving later than 10am we still charge an overnight stay. Our departure times are between 8am and 10am. This enables Puggeroomie® the time we need to plan our day ahead and to exercise all dogs under our care. If you would like to depart later than 10am a later collection time can be arranged. For a later collection we offer additional: Five hours staycay = collection by 1pm Ten hours staycay = collection by 6pm DAYCARE

STEP FOUR |
KEEPING OUR CLIENTS UPDATED
At Puggeroomie® we feel it is important to keep all owners updated on their dogs health and wellbeing whilst under our care. Over the years of trading we have found the majority of our clients like to check various social media pages for daily updates. While other clients may prefer updates through WhatsApp, email or to phone/text us directly. At Puggeroomie® we offer all four communication methods. Please let us know your preferred preference prior to your arrival. 1) OUR FACEBOOK PAGE We operate Puggeroomie® from our private home address and feel comfortable posting onto our facebook page. Photographs will be cropped for personal security. 2) WHATSAPP We have found some of our clients like us to form a WhatsApp group and add family recipients. We are happy to do this. 3) EMAIL We are happy to send email updates 4) TELEPHONE You are more than welcome to phone us. OUR UPDATE TIMES EXPLAINED Puggeroomie® are happy to provide regular updates. We provide three updates a day. For example, we will provide updates in the morning, midday and early evening. All dogs that share time at Puggeroomie® are cared for around the clock. Animal welfare is the absolute heart of Puggeroomie®. We pride ourselves on keeping a watchful eye on all dogs under our care. Update times are Monday to Sunday 9.00am when we open to 7pm at the latest update before settling down for the evening. |
