1) Puggeroomie will agree a time for all clients to arrive. These arrival times will be staggered from other clients. We ask where possible one owner takes part in our arrival hand over procedure.
2) Please ensure your dog(s) are exercised and have had a toilet break prior to arrival.
3) Please use our hand sanitiser provided to knock our door. If you prefer you can text us to say you are here on Tel: 07494 573230 and we will come out to you.

6) Our hand over station is outside our house. However, face masks should be worn by both parties if we need to enter our home. We are avoiding all customers entering our home in this time. Should you have to enter, we ask that we open and close the doors. Luckily, we do have lovely outside toilet facilities with all antibacterial provisions provided for your reassurance.

The above policy was last updated per CFSG (canine and feline sector group) guidelines issued on 03/12/2020

Rest assure robust hygiene and social distancing protocols are in place at Puggeroomie when receiving our ‘roomies’ from our clients. There remains no evidence that pets are implicated in the transmission of coronavirus to people, but there is some risk of the virus being carried by pets and their belongings. The risk of human to human transmission remains and social distancing measures throughout our handover process has been put into place to help prevent the spread of the disease. 04/12/2020
