Checking out of Puggeroomie.
Tomorrow, we will be saying our fond farewells to our gorgeous ‘roomies’ Albert & Georgie.
Albert and Georgie arrived at Puggeroomie on the Sunday 12th December for their very own self-indulgence Christmas and New Year staycation.
I often find that when we look after someone else’s cherished family pet for a long board they do become part of our family and daily routines. On checking out I do at times find I can feel quite emotional but I also enjoy watching that fantastic moment of being reunited with their owner(s).
On staycation Albert and Georgie have enjoyed many ‘pawstretch adventures’ with myself and my husband Steve aka Mr Puggeroomie. They have both met our Mum and Dad, our neighbours, and our friends.
They have had cuddles by the open fire, enjoyed all-inclusive pampering sessions, they have kept us company cooking in our kitchen, watched us each our takeaways, boof boofed along with our festive movies and played in ‘The Beach Garden’.
Albert & Georgie’s general health and wellbeing has been amazing. No concerns to note. That’s what we like to see! A happy grumble of puggy wuggys!
I think if they could talk. Georgie would ask his Pugmom for a tortoise so he could enjoy his very own ‘tortoise tv’ at home. Albert would explain how much he loved being our 'slipper guardsman'.
Cheesy, I know! ha ha.
Before checking out tomorrow we machine wash the blanket from your home you provide and check all items on arrival are being packed ready for departure.
Albert and Georgie arrived with three bags and will be leaving with four, possibly five! Ha ha ha!
Why? They have their Christmas presents from Puggeroomie and lots of treats to take home!
At puggeroomie we love your dogs like our own!
Albert and Georgie both come from a lovely family who are much loved and respected folk in the big pug community. Their Pugmom, has a wealth of pug knowledge, a big heart for these little fluffy people and apparently a liver cake to die for! They all scoffed it so quick Sue I missed the photo opportunity and nearly lost my fingers. Their Pugmom's daughter is a lovely lady who runs 'Pop Up Pug Pug' and 'Faith Hope & Sunshine' she also has beautiful pugs of her own.
Final thought. Albert and Georgie are just two beautiful ‘happy’ ‘superstars’ I mean come on, it’s written on their harnesses for fluff sake! Proof is on the puggies!
As always, it has been an absolute pleasure.
